Senior Associate Credit

This role offers a challenging opportunity to support our credit and deal execution capabilities. You will work closely with the lending team to analyze loan term sheets, conduct financial and credit analysis, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Analysis: Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
  • Loan Term Sheets: Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
  • Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Deal Execution: Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Credit Experience: 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with lenders or investment managers.
  • Investor Relations: Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
  • Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Real Estate Debt: Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

This role is fully remote and based in India. You must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
