About the Role
- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications using industry-leading tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, and REST Assured.
- Implement advanced test strategies powered by artificial intelligence and large language models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define intelligent test coverage leveraging AI-driven agents, automated defect tracking, and dynamic reporting.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline integration for scalable automation; lead improvements in reliability, maintainability, and rapid feedback cycles.
- Investigate bugs, debug applications, and automate root cause analysis through LLM-powered workflows and agentic testing solutions.
- Mentor junior QA and automation engineers and actively participate in rigorous code and design reviews.
- Champion the latest testing trends—integrating AI, agentic approaches, and LLMs in automated test authoring and validation.
