SAP Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP project manager to drive our SAP implementation projects forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects with precision and expertise.
  • Develop and execute technical roadmaps and system projects within SAP, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical leads, and end-users, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within agreed-upon timelines, utilizing strong project management skills and techniques.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress continuously, addressing potential risks and issues proactively.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards, upholding the highest level of quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of SAP products such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Success factors, and SAP ARIBA.
  • Experience with total product landscapes (SAP and non-SAP systems exchanging information).
  • APICS and/or PMP certification required.
  • High-level understanding of SAP integration and development tools, platforms such as API, CPI, and BTP.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP project management, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations in S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud.
  • SAP Activate Methodology certification.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of S/4HANA implementation tool sets provided by SAP.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, team management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
