About the Role

We are seeking passionate professionals to deliver business transformation through Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Job Summary

As a Functional Consultant/Sr. Consultant, you will advise clients, manage ERP implementations, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions.
  • Lead/participate in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations (Finance & Trade).
  • Develop solution demos, proposals, and effort estimations.
  • Build strong client relationships and manage engagements.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and contribute to offerings.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years' experience in ERP/D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong functional knowledge: GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Fixed Assets.
  • ERP implementation/project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • CA / ICWA / MBA / B.E / B.Tech (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft certification preferred.
  • Travel readiness.
