ERP Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP implementation specialist to join our team. As an ERP implementation specialist, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in new and existing client projects.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead Implementations : Drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into new and existing client projects.
  • Business Analysis : Analyze client business requirements, particularly within logistics or finance domains, to effectively map them to Business Central/NAV functionalities.
  • System Configuration : Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV to align with specific business processes.
  • Module & Add-on Recommendations : Provide recommendations for, and potentially implement, other Business Central modules and relevant 3rd party add-ons to enhance client solutions.
  • End-User Training : Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to end-users, ensuring their proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Customer Support & Optimization : Foster a strong passion for supporting customers, guiding them to make the best use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize their operations.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 to 3 years of practical implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, specifically in logistics or finance modules.
  • Proven in-house implementation experience with Microsoft NAV or Business Central.
  • Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and make informed recommendations for system enhancements.
