Dynamic Audience Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive audience acquisition and event management for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, and brand campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective audience growth strategies across industries.
  • Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Build and maintain high-quality databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
  • Drive consistent audience growth with measurable improvement in attendee conversion and retention.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
  • Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize return on investment.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).
  • Manage senior client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and resolution of escalations.
  • Partner with sponsors and partners to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.
  • Align with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals.
  • Define key performance indicators, monitor performance, and ensure structured training and skill development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring employee growth and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of driving audience growth for large-scale events and campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social media, digital campaigns, affiliate marketing).
  • Hands-on experience in P&L management, budget optimization, and ROI tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.
