Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a talented individual who can design and manage the intricacies of packaging projects, from ideation to production. As a key member of our team, you will contribute fresh ideas, collaborate with our design team, and ensure high-quality deliverables across various projects and campaigns.

Packaging Design & Illustration:
* Create innovative illustrations for product packaging
* Collaborate with the design team and marketing department to align packaging designs with the brand's visual identity
* Design 2D and 3D representations of packaging concepts, ensuring they are practical, manufacturable, and visually appealing

Product Branding:
* Develop designs that effectively communicate the product's story, benefits, and brand message through visuals
* Work on illustrations that align with the product's target market and are compliant with packaging regulations
* Creative Concept Development: Create mood boards, sketches, prototypes, and design drafts for internal and client approvals
* Ensure packaging designs meet industry trends and evolving market demands

Collaboration and Communication:
* Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate technical and creative requirements into functional design
* Regularly present designs and updates to senior management and stakeholders for feedback and approvals

Research and Trend Analysis:
* Stay updated on packaging industry trends, materials, and innovations
* Research competitor packaging designs to ensure our packaging remains competitive and creative

Required Qualifications:
* 1 to 3 years of professional experience in packaging design and illustration
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design software
* Strong illustration skills, including hand-drawn, digital, and vector illustration techniques
* Experience working with various materials and packaging processes (e.g., flexography, lithography, screen printing)
* Knowledge of packaging regulations and environmental considerations
* Experience in 3D packaging design and visualization tools (e.g., ArtiosCAD, 3D rendering software)
* Excellent ability to develop original concepts and bring ideas to life visually
* Strong focus on ensuring designs are not only creative but also meet technical specifications and production requirements
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
* Ability to identify design challenges and come up with innovative solutions to overcome them
