Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned testing professional to join our team as a Senior Testing Specialist.
  • This role involves testing experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Communication Cloud, and DevOps process.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze requirements via Epics, User stories, Solution architecture docs, Design Test cases, Test Execution, and Raise defects.
  • Responsibilities include attending stand-up meetings, working with Squad teams and BAs for testing, Defect Triage, Retesting fixed defects, and tracking defects to closure.
  • Additionally, the selected candidate will participate in Sanity test runs, production sanity assurance, and handover test deliverable to E2E team.
  • They must provide test sign-off to E2E testing, ensure test coverage is maintained through developing positive path, alternate path, and negative path tests.
  • Communication is key; inform squad lead and QA lead on absences, leaves, and any obstructions affecting delivery work.
  • Lastly, the successful candidate will take ownership of work assigned and be responsible.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in testing.
  • Immediate start.
  • Experience working with Sales, EPC, CPQ, CLM is preferred.
  • Any experience in Telecom would be advantageous.
  • Automation experience with Provar is beneficial.
  • Experience with other tools like Selenium is also considered.
