  • Prototype solutions using laser line profilers, displacement sensors, ultrasonic probes, and cameras.
  • Select hardware for optimal performance.
  • Design durable mounts and enclosures to withstand factory conditions.
  • Support integration with DAQ tools, PLCs, and basic OpenCV scripts.
  • Participate in pilot deployments across customer sites in India.
  • Troubleshoot and refine quickly when challenges arise.

Success Metrics:

  • Demonstrate ability to design a mount, wire up a sensor, and retrieve usable data in a challenging factory setting.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate technical insights clearly, focusing on what works rather than aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with customers to see our systems operating successfully in their environments.
  • Prioritize problem-solving over theoretical approaches.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sensors, automation, or machine vision.
  • Familiarity with laser triangulation, ultrasonic NDT, or machine vision systems.
  • Practical mechanical setup design skills (mounts, fixtures, enclosures).
  • Comfort with Python/OpenCV/DAQ basics and PLC connections.
  • Willingness to work in high-heat/industrial environments.
  • Based in India with flexibility to travel for deployments.
  • Available for approximately 20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
