Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot our secure, high-performance network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for network support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
- Respond promptly to network-related incidents, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime and service disruption.
- Configure and manage network devices including Cisco routers, switches, F5 load balancers, and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Implement and maintain network security policies to safeguard against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and threats.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, processes, and procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support overall infrastructure and ensure seamless operations.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware updates, and patches to ensure systems are secure, stable, and up to date.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and generate performance reports.
- Ensure network operations comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent field of study.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
