Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wired and wireless networking, with experience in managing and supporting large-scale network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and troubleshoot network devices on a daily basis;
  • Support Wi-Fi connectivity for users across multiple locations;
  • Manage switch ports, VLAN assignments, and basic network changes;
  • Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations and configuration changes;
  • Maintain documentation of network setups and issue resolutions;
  • Provide user support for network-related issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in network administration;
  • Familiarity with Cisco Meraki Dashboard;
  • Basic understanding of Wi-Fi troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of Layer 2 concepts including VLANs, trunk/access ports, and port security;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Malayalam language is mandatory.
