Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a High Ticket Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets in the High Ticket LAP segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Benchmark sales performance against industry standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management with a focus on high-ticket sales.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
