Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a High Ticket Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets in the High Ticket LAP segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Benchmark sales performance against industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management with a focus on high-ticket sales.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
