Job Overview:
  • We seek an individual to develop and execute effective outreach strategies targeting students, faculty, and local communities.
  • The ideal candidate will generate leads and increase walk-ins for admissions by leveraging promotions such as posters, banners, and events.
  • This role requires collaboration with the Sales team to achieve admission targets and ensure brand visibility in the market.
  • A strong relationship builder, you will foster connections with schools, colleges, and communities to drive business growth.
  • You will prepare and share regular reports of activities and leads generated.
Key Requirements:
  • A graduate degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing/fieldwork, preferably in the education sector.
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel across locations are essential.
  • A passion for field marketing and admissions is required.
