IT Service Delivery Manager, MFG

About the Role:

We seek a seasoned IT professional to lead our global IT transformation initiatives. As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee multiple full implementation cycles of Advanced Management Systems (AMS) across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AMS implementation cycles in a global setting
  • Direct application development and support in large, distributed IT matrix organizations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT services and solutions
  • Develop and implement IT service management strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Ensure efficient delivery of IT services through effective resource allocation

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in IT and 5+ years in Service Delivery manager role
  • Previous experience of using an AMS provider support model required
  • Expertise in Application Product Management, Application Product Support, and Supporting Manufacturing sites and Global Delivery
  • Functional and technical expertise in Manufacturing & Quality Regulatory Affairs (QRA) business processes and models
  • Large IT transformational projects and Vendor management including in AMS model
  • Experience in information systems, applications – including Quality and Regulatory systems, Manufacturing systems, ITSM systems, and project management preferably in regulated life science industry
