Job Description

As a seasoned GenAi Developer, you will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge AI and ML models in complex enterprise systems. With extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational bots, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's ability to engage with customers through innovative digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI/ML models that drive business value and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy conversational bots that meet business objectives
  • Work closely with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana to ensure seamless integration and monitoring of bot systems
  • Design and develop web services integrations to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in implementing AI/ML models in enterprise systems
  • In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow etc.)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in design, development, and deployment of conversational bots
  • Experience working with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, and Grafana
  • 2-5 years of experience of DevOps SRE
  • NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI expertise
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
