Job Title:

A Senior Data Developer is needed to lead the design and development of our big data platform.

 

  • Bachelor degree with 6-10 years of programming experience on data platforms is required.
  • Expertise in Data Engineering, including hands-on experience in designing and developing big data platforms, is essential.
  • Deep understanding of data processing technology stacks: Spark, HBase, Hive and other Hadoop ecosystem technologies and development using Scala or Java is necessary.
  • Proficiency in streaming data architectures and technologies for real-time and low-latency data processing is also required.
  • Experience with agile development methods, including core values, guiding principles, and key agile practices is highly valued.
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration/Delivery theory and application is also a plus.
  • Experience with NoSQL technologies, including column family, graph, document, and key-value data storage technologies, is a bonus.
  • Understanding of relational databases, SQL and PL/SQL is a requirement.
  • Passion for software craftsmanship is essential.
