To accelerate our growth and expand our operations, we are seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead our fundraising efforts and strengthen investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust fundraising strategy to secure investment from venture capitalists, angel investors, and institutional funding sources.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment materials: pitch decks and financial forecasts tailored to investor requirements.

Investor Relations:

  • Build relationships with investors: articulate NNIIT's vision, growth potential, and financial performance.
  • Act as primary point of contact: investor communications, progress updates, and due diligence inquiries.

Deal Structuring & Negotiations:

  • Negotiate funding terms: collaborate with legal teams to finalize agreements.
  • Manage the investment lifecycle: initial discussions to closing deals.

Collaboration with Leadership:

  • Partner with leadership team: align funding initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Provide insights: optimize capital deployment and financial planning.

Industry Representation:

  • Represent NNIIT at industry forums: investor summits, EdTech conferences.
  • Leverage network: attract high-quality investment opportunities.

Experience Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Proven track record in fundraising for startups or high-growth companies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuations, and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
