The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring Order Status and Managing Calendars: Track order status, manage calendars, and resolve issues proactively to ensure smooth production processes.">
  • Reviewing Artworks and Approving Tickets: Review production artworks and manage UPC ticket approvals to maintain quality standards and optimize workflows.">
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution and achieve business objectives.">
  • Coordinating Shipments and Maintaining Documents: Coordinate with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings and maintain accurate shipping documents for warehousing and accounting purposes.">
  • Identifying Bottlenecks and Recommending Improvements: Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements to optimize production processes and increase efficiency.">

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • Prior Experience in Retail/Manufacturing Merchandising: Must have prior experience in retail/manufacturing merchandising, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.">
  • 5+ Years of Production or Operations Analysis Experience: 5 years' experience in production or operations analysis is required, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven insights.">
  • Strong Excel and Data Analysis Skills: Strong Excel skills and data analysis skills (SQL/BI tools a plus), with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.">
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability is essential, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.">
