Lab Technologist Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lab Technologist to join our Quality Assurance team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining food safety and sustainability standards, managing food safety-related concerns and complaints, ensuring all sanitation and food safety guidelines are being met throughout the production facilities, and carrying out ELISA techniques and other microbiological techniques. Additionally, they will assist the Quality Assurance Manager in other daily tasks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent in applied sciences is required.
  • Preferably Fisheries Food Technology Microbiology with at least 1 year of experience in Seafood Quality Assurance and EIA Approval.
  • Post-graduate degree, diploma in technical subject or management is desirable but not essential.
  • External training in Quality, Food Safety, and Sustainability Standards is highly valued.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Products is necessary.
  • Well-versed in ELISA techniques and other microbiological techniques is also required.
