Job Role:

The Accountant performs a crucial role in managing the organization's financial transactions and ensuring precise and timely accounting. This position involves various responsibilities related to banking, taxation, reconciliation, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payments are prioritized based on urgency
  • Bank accounts are reconciled for accuracy
  • Payment entries are recorded in Tally for both cash and bank transactions
  • Vouchers are filed accurately
  • Tax deductions are applied at appropriate rates
  • Salary payable entries are managed in Tally
  • Vendor advances are reviewed and settled promptly
  • TDS statements are prepared and monthly TDS payments are made
  • Audit assistance is provided as required
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Commerce (M Com)
  • Proficiency in Tally and strong accounting principles
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, including TDS management
  • Effective communication and team collaboration
  • Experience with Zoho accounting software is an advantage
