Job Overview

This pivotal role will drive efficiency, optimization and service delivery by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

As a key leader in infrastructure engineering, you will champion service excellence, uphold platform stability, security and resilience to enable clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of an end-to-end operating model.
  • Engage with stakeholders regularly to understand their needs and drive high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as a single point of accountability for technology service provisioning.
  • Ensure execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy.
  • Drive adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools.
  • Combine technical and commercial acumen to drive business profitability.
  • Optimize technology utilization across stakeholders to meet functional and financial goals.
  • Leverage initiative management, AI Ops, automation and lifecycle management to drive efficient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with expertise in compute, storage technologies and database systems.
  • 10+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
  • 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SRE, Automation and Telemetry/AI Ops.
  • Experience setting up and managing command centers for triaging and restoring services.
  • Strong hold on Change Success and Proactive Problem Management.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in driving transformational improvements in infrastructure.
  • 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and external infrastructure providers.
  • Knowledge of ITIL controls and adherence to compliance processes through effectively managing vulnerabilities.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and sustaining a diverse workforce aligned with corporate goals.
