Mizuho Global Services is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to fill the role of Technical Lead in our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
  • Evaluating and implementing new technologies for performance and cost improvement
  • Leading infrastructure projects across networking, servers, storage, and cloud

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and 2-3 years in a technical leadership role. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), virtualization, cloud, networking, storage, automation/scripting
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2-3 years in technical leadership role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analysis skills
  • Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong documentation and process adherence
