Process Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Coordinator to join our team and support our HR Operations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR processes across onboarding, document verification, employee data management, payroll inputs, audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support.
About the Role- HR Process Management: Handling change management for employee ID creation, timesheet and leave data preparation, document verification, and HR process helpdesk management.
- Payroll Inputs: Inputting data for new employees, salary inputs for new joiners, and managing employee referrals and bonus sheets.
- Organizational Chart Updates: Monthly updating of organizational charts, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
- MIS & Presentation: Preparing and presenting accurate, data-driven MIS reports and dashboards to management.
- Queries Management: Addressing employee queries related to PF, Group Health & Term Insurance.
- Vendor Coordination: Managing various vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR software.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work with minimal supervision and thrive in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
