Job Title: Statistical Programmer

This position is open for an experienced Statistical Programmer. We seek a skilled professional with expertise in statistical programming, data analysis, and data visualization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing technical support to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms for data analysis and visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop clinical trial protocols and reports.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in statistical programming.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical programming, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Strong programming skills in SAS, R, Python, or similar languages.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specialized therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, and neurology.
  • Knowledge of CDISC standards and regulations.
  • Certification in statistical programming (e.g., Certified Associate in Software Development).
