Be a key player in shaping the user experience of our digital platform. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating and validating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that bring simplicity, trust, and impact to farmer-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design strategy and quarterly UX roadmap aligned to business goals.

• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Miro.

• Define and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.

• Conduct end-to-end user research: interviews, field visits, surveys, and usability testing with farmers, FPOs, and partners.

• Champion UX for rural contexts: vernacular flows, low-bandwidth/offline-first design, accessibility, and culturally relevant trust cues.

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy guidelines, and local regulations in all user interfaces.

• Prepare demos, storyboards, and training material for cross-functional launches with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor interfaces, and evolving UX best practices to keep us ahead.

• Report weekly on design progress, open issues, and risks; ensure alignment with Product and Engineering teams.
