Vantage PAS SME Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant with expertise in Vantage PAS for our Life Insurance domain. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

  • Strong experience in Vantage PAS, specifically in the Life insurance domain.
  • Technical specification writing expertise.
  • Proficiency in Cobol, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, JCL, and other Mainframe tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Life Insurance products, including Term or Whole Life or Annuities.
  • Exposure to working with USA Life Insurance clients.
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
  • LOMA certifications desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional results by leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Vantage PAS, preferably in the Life insurance domain.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Cobol, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, JCL, and other Mainframe tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of Life Insurance products and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • LOMA certifications a plus.
