We are looking for a seasoned leader to head our Platform Engineering team. This is an opportunity to lead a distributed team of talented engineers and shape the future of our cloud infrastructure.

About the Role

The Platform Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This includes leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of platform architecture and engineering standards
  • Mentoring and coaching junior engineers to help them grow in their careers
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
  • Managing and prioritizing workloads to ensure timely delivery
