Data Centre Operations Professional

**Job Overview:**
">As a Data Centre Operations Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our data center infrastructure. This includes server rack installation, hardware break-fix on various components, troubleshooting network issues, and responding to emergent situations that affect operational stability.
**Key Responsibilities:
">- Work as part of the Operations team to maintain and uphold high standards of data center infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and networking equipment.
- Respond to emergent situations and ensure operational stability.
- Collaborate with internal customers and external service partners to resolve technical issues.
- Meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow.
- Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and discuss daily/weekly goals.
- Contribute to documentation on technical issues through root cause analysis.

**Basic Qualifications:**
">- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
">- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
- 1+ years of data center experience.
- Experience on Network Equipment Installation and Configuration.
