**ey Deliverables**
- Co-ordinate with all India depots on stock movement of write off stock and ensure proper scheduling of stock receipts at processing centre
- Monitoring daily operations in processing centre and ensure due controls being followed by CFA partner including due records being maintained
- Periodic Depot Audit and reporting critical observations to commercial manager against laid down SOPs
- Track product wise efficiency at processing centre and identify opportunities for improvement along with CFA
- Improving cost efficiencies: Reduction in Detention Costs; proper truck utilizations for inward and outward movement
- Ensure proper SAP entries for the entire value chain from sending depots to processing centre
- Timely preparation of monthly operational result of the depot.
- Periodically assess scrap rates and identify improvement areas.
- Clearing of all invoices and payments pertaining to the location.
