  • Support printers and multifunction devices, including installation, calibration, and repair
  • Perform routine computer maintenance tasks, such as upgrades and virus removals
Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of desktop computers, printers, and multifunction devices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
