This is a key role that requires exceptional expertise in estimation, budgeting, and billing within the real estate sector.

About the Role

We seek a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering to oversee quality assurance, billing management, contract management, quantity surveying, and cost control across various projects. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 12+ years of experience in estimation and budgeting within real estate
Responsibilities
  • Implement stringent quality control procedures for all real estate development projects
  • Manage project billing, including verification of completed work and administration of variations and change orders
  • Review and manage real estate contracts, ensuring compliance with established standards and specifications
  • Involvement in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and monitoring
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry
