Mentorship and Life Coaching Role

As a full-time mentor/life coach, you will be guiding individuals in achieving their personal, academic, or professional goals. Effective communication skills are essential for successful mentoring, allowing coaches to understand clients' needs and provide tailored guidance.

This role involves designing and delivering engaging presentations and training sessions to help clients set, pursue, and achieve meaningful objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized mentorship and motivational coaching to help clients set and achieve goals.
  • Design and create impactful slideshows and workshop materials for group and one-on-one sessions.
  • Facilitate presentations and workshops with excellent speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Apply coaching methodologies tailored to each client's challenges and aspirations.
  • Track client progress and regularly review and update plans as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for impactful speaking and presentations.
  • Strong listening, empathy, and motivational abilities to connect and inspire clients.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a positive mindset; confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a degree in Psychology being considered beneficial for deeper insights into client motivation and behavior.
