About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at Authentix in Noida, India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles. They should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and multi-dimensional databases, with a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and explain revenue and spending variance to budget and forecast, prioritizing key drivers and presenting insights in a storytelling format.
  • Adhere to the schedule of the monthly forecasting and reporting process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Assess financial performance, identifying variances and trends, and determining root causes and their impact on the company.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial data to support business decisions and drive value-added improvement initiatives.
  • Develop program and project financial models to support customer proposals, project investment decisions, and the forecasting process.
  • Drive the development of annual and multi-year planning models, owning supportive analysis and underlying assumptions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business (Finance preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting related experience, with at least 3 in FP&A roles.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and multi-dimensional databases.
  • Highest level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to understand the 'big picture'.
  • Experience preparing financial presentations, including explanations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
