Cloud Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure.

This role involves the development and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud infrastructure meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of backup, high-availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Develop and monitor automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Implement security best practices and compliance standards to safeguard cloud environments.
  • Administer company SaaS platforms to enhance user productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud solutions.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
