Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Digital Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for leading the design process and creating standout digital designs that captivate our audience.


About the Role

This is a dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from social media campaigns to branding and marketing materials. You will be responsible for designing visual elements, developing brand identities, and creating engaging content for various platforms.


Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute design concepts from ideation to final execution.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in a creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, social media, and digital-first design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
