Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services, identifying and engaging leads based on their needs and business goals, scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team, maintaining accurate records for calls, leads, and follow-ups, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven experience working with Australian and US clients
• Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
• High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation

Our compensation structure is designed to incentivize performance and reward results. Below 3 KPIs, you will earn $3 AUD per hour. From 4-5 bookings per person per day, you will earn $5 AUD per hour. From the 6th booking onward, you will earn an additional $10 AUD per booking. You will also earn $20 AUD per converted client.
