Job Summary
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions on voice, accent neutralization, and communication skills to enhance customer interaction effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement customized training interventions for new hires and existing staff.
- Develop and update training content, modules, and materials based on business needs.
- Facilitate New Hire Training (NHT) batches on communication, language, culture, and customer handling skills.
- Cultivate exceptional customer interaction etiquette through coaching agents on pronunciation, grammar, clarity, fluency, and overall presentation.
- A minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in contact centers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the communication skills of our team members. Your expertise will be utilized to develop and update training content, modules, and materials based on business needs.
The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for training and development, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
