Senior Business Leader Position

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Business Leader to spearhead our organization's growth and profitability.

  • Spearhead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • BUILD AND LEAD HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS to execute company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Develop and manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Identify and manage key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with experience managing P&L for a business unit.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
