Job Role: Data Analyst

A vital role in our organization, the Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to drive business decisions. Analyzing and interpreting data is a critical function in many organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions by analyzing large datasets.
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Design data processing pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess data for analysis.
  • Communicate findings and insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all data science processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python and its libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience in data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or similar.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and critically.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
