Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Governance, Risk and Compliance professional to facilitate the implementation of our program within the organization.

The ideal candidate will support review of risk and controls, comprehensively covering the risk universe at activity level, and assess adequacy of controls to mitigate operational & technology failures and regulatory noncompliance.

They will also participate in the design of registers/templates and workflows in the GRC tool, with the primary objective to provide a unified view of risk at the entity level.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading risk assessments and profiling for business units and operational activities
  • Staying updated on regulatory changes and adapting risk management practices accordingly
  • Ensuring policies/processes are designed to comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand processes and facilitating documentation of controls
  • Providing oversight and challenging business units on risk management practices
  • Carrying out risk aggregation exercises to provide a unified view of risk
  • Promoting the use of advanced technologies and data analytics in risk management
  • Acting as a key point of contact for risk-related matters pertaining to business and operations
