Scaling Meta Ads is a challenging yet rewarding career path that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise.

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager to lead our ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.

This role involves working closely with clients to develop tailored strategies, reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to drive measurable results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends.
  • Campaign Scaling: Scale campaigns profitably by managing monthly budgets effectively and identifying areas for growth.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights to clients, ensuring they stay informed and engaged.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaign success and deliver exceptional client value.
  • Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with Meta's latest ad features, trends, and policies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Client Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred).
  • A proven track record of scaling brand campaigns, demonstrating ability to drive growth and exceed targets.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies, as well as excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver results-oriented solutions.
