">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage departmental activities to foster a productive working culture in line with company policies.
  • Maintain optimal uptime for all plant equipment and machinery.
  • Analyze resource consumption, such as water and electricity, and implement measures to reduce usage.
  • Budget and manage maintenance costs while suggesting ways to decrease expenses and increase business profits.
  • Plan and review preventive maintenance activities.
  • Provide effective solutions to time-sensitive and emergency situations affecting plant operations, ensuring smooth continuation.
  • Study repetitive breakdowns and develop corrective actions.
  • Promote development activities and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Oversee utility-related activities and maintain them properly.
  • Train and develop team members, enhancing their confidence.
  • Foster a safe work culture through various programs and training, serving as a member of the safety committee.
  • Plan manpower according to scheduled work.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for problems and prepare action plans for correction and prevention.
  • Cultivate a harmonious working atmosphere between production and maintenance departments.
  • Maintain minimal inventory of spare parts required for maintenance.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in maintenance and management roles with prior plant engineering activity.
Skills
  • Participation in new development and growth projects.
  • Preferably experienced in ISO16949, Plan & Maintain Plant Engg., New Development and Growth Project activities, and EHS.
