We are seeking a skilled Ticketing Operations Specialist to manage ticketing processes during evening and night hours.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in airline ticketing, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ticketing Operations:
  1. Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.
  2. Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.
  3. Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.

Main Responsibilities (continued):

  1. Customer Support:
  1. Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.
  2. Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.

System Handling:

The selected candidate will work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.

Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.

Follow industry regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.
