Job Overview

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our IT landscape by driving technology standards definition and architectural excellence. As a trusted partner, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leads to deliver best-in-class services.

The purpose of this role is to oversee architectural activities for Technical Research and Development (TRD) and drive solution architecture design that meets business needs and delivers strategic outcomes.

About This Position:

  • You will be responsible for defining and developing logical designs and information management plans to store, move, and handle data effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of solutions.
  • Contribute to Enterprise standards and Architecture Governance initiatives, supporting the Architecture Governance team.
  • Lead the integration of emerging technologies and innovative solutions into TRD architecture to support digital transformation and business growth.
  • Ensure end-to-end governance and oversight of standard solution portfolios for TRD Domain.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of technical research and development architectural activities.
  • Development of solution architectures for projects or programs within TRD.
  • Definition of standards and direction of architecture for TRD.
  • Logical design and information management planning.
  • Architecture pattern utilization.
  • Enterprise standards adherence.
  • DDIT Level Architectural initiative contribution.
  • Integration of emerging technologies.
  • User experience consideration.
  • End-to-end governance.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.

10 years of experience in an IT environment, preferably in Pharmaceutical industries, with expertise in Lean/ Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodology, project management, and change management.

Experience in delivering global solutions at scale, interacting with senior management, and collaborating across boundaries is essential.
