
Campaign Optimization Specialist

This position involves overseeing the execution, optimization, and strategy development for paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and experience in managing campaigns with measurable results.
The following key responsibilities are associated with this role:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, programmatic ads, etc.
- Prepare comprehensive media plans and ensure efficient execution with a proven track record of significant returns on ad spend.
- Develop effective strategies and outcomes-driven campaign execution using programmatic ads and media buying.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
- Effectively manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize quality of lead generation.
- Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and provide regular campaign performance reports.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying).
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
- Excellent copywriting and creative judgment skills.
- Good communication and project management abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
