Service Delivery Manager / Scrum Master

This role oversees project timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery milestones. Agile ceremonies are facilitated, risks are managed, and successful coordination is ensured across engineering, IT, operations, and business units.

Your Role
  • Define and manage delivery timelines, budgets, and success metrics
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Scrumban practices
  • Align cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, operations, and business units
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure transparency across all levels
  • Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to delivery milestones
  • Oversee vendor and partner coordination to ensure timely and quality outcomes
  • Support Agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Apply domain knowledge in maritime systems, cloud platforms, and data systems
Your Profile
  • 10-12 years of experience in service delivery, project management, or Scrum Master roles
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrumban
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
  • Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with digital twins, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience in vendor and partner coordination
  • Domain knowledge in maritime systems is a strong advantage
