Job Title: Supply Chain Management Professional

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Supply Chain Management Professional to oversee vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery of goods/services, and support seamless operational processes.

  • The role demands strong coordination skills, analytical ability, and the capability to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a single point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.
  2. Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
  3. Ensure timely purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination.
  4. Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and escalate issues when required.
  5. Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and operational records.
  6. Support procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization.
  7. Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
  8. Assist in preparing MIS reports and operational dashboards.
  9. Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Graduate in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Operations (preferred).
  2. 1–3 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or procurement.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools.
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  6. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
