Project Coordinator

The role of a Project Coordinator is to ensure seamless project execution. This involves planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within agreed-upon timelines and scopes.

Responsibilities

· Set project timelines and milestones

· Monitor project deliverables and track progress

· Communicate project updates to stakeholders, team members, and clients

· Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks

· Maintain proper documentation of project activities

· Lead and manage all MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) activities across projects, including HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems

· Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration

· Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations

· Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services

· Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards

· Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management

· Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

· 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus
