Job Title: Video Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for various platforms.
  • Add music, dialogues, graphics, animations, and effects as needed.
  • Ensure logical sequencing, flow, and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform-specific content styles.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Create motion graphics and transitions using Adobe After Effects.
  • Integrate AI tools and techniques to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.
  • Design and create storyboards and scripts along with content writers.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a video editor or similar role.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
  • Attention to detail and creative mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A portfolio or showreel of previous video editing work is mandatory.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with YouTube SEO or social media algorithms.
