The Job Description

You will lead the Document Collections team, responsible for collecting and uploading client fund documentation into our system.

This role involves extracting documents from various sources, monitoring data connections, and ensuring timely resolution of connection failures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a leader and mentor to a team of Document Collection Operations Analysts.
  • Oversee daily operational workflows for the Document Collection team.
  • Lead onboarding, mentorship, and career development of team members through regular feedback and learning opportunities.
  • Manage the third-party/contracting team supporting Document Collection work.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, test, and implement new processes and tooling features improving collection efficiency and user experience.
  • Manage the Document Collection pipeline for our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in financial advisory, FinTech, or banking industries.
  • Proven experience managing teams, cross-functional projects, and learning initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal partners, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation to take on responsibility.
  • Detailed documentation skills and ability to follow through on tasks.

Work Environment

Based in our Pune office, this role requires working collaboratively with various teams, clients, and external partners.
